Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and fragrance products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery, except in eligible cases mentioned below.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be considered.

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or missing item claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the complete unboxing process.

The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned with all original labels, accessories, invoices, and complimentary items (if any).

Products that have been used, opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.

Replacement will be provided wherever possible. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement cannot be arranged.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Zenvis. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Zenvis reserves the right to verify all claims and reject any request that does not meet the conditions of this Return Policy.
